Recently, we kicked off several initiatives with a client. There were too many initiatives to assign a dedicated change manager to each one, but they needed that foundation and grounding in change management. Knowing that there was a project manager or program manager on each initiative, we gave them some concise tools to embed and interlace change management within their projects. After all, project managers, program managers, and even product managers are inherently change agents. They just don't always realize it.
